Customer Satisfaction & Returns

For sanitary reasons,ALL SALES ARE FINAL on items purchased online through our eBoutique. All battery operated “novelty only” items are tested at our boutique prior to shipment ensuring proper function and use. Please check all your items before using them. If you purchase a manufacturer’s warrantied item, please refer to your sales receipt/packing slip and/or your user manual for the manufacturer’s return policy. Please note, Desiree’s Desires, Inc. does not except any returns or exchanges once an item has shipped. We will work with you and assist you in contacting the manufacturer if necessary.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand shopping online is a different experience than shopping in our Massachusetts boutique. We do not give personal satisfaction returns/exchanges.
